70% Pinot Noir (red grape variety) and 30% Chardonnay (white grape variety), including 30 to 50% reserve wines from over 40 different vintages, aged and vinified in oak casks of 34 hectoliters, which gives this cuvée remarkable consistency in quality.

Appearance: Intense, fairly dense, and satiny robe, a deep golden yellow color with shimmering, golden highlights.
First nose: A world of indulgence and character, with notes of blackcurrant, honey, toasted almond, toast, and wild strawberry.
With aeration: Aromas of apricot, elderflower, candied peach, pear, nougat, raisin, cranberry, cinnamon, and sweet spices.
Palate: Smooth with a creamy effervescence.
