The single-vineyard cuvée “Le Bout du Clos” Vintage 2018 is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on three of our parcels, totaling 61 ares. “Le Bout du Clos 2018” showcases Pinot Noir vinified and aged in 205-liter Champagne oak barrels. A perfect balance of fruity richness, mineral elegance, and vibrant freshness, with a juicy, characterful finish; for a truly memorable tasting experience.

Single-vineyard cuvée "Le Bout du Clos" Ambonnay Grand Cru Vintage 2018. Harvest and pressing date: September 21, 2018. Cellared: April 25, 2019. Aged and vinified in oak barrels (205 liters) from the Champagne region. Unfiltered. Natural cold stabilization. Vines over 50 years old. Grassed vineyard (HVE certified).

Extra-Brut - Dosage 5 g/l.

Appearance: Satin-like, luminous, and dense, pale yellow gold with deep straw-yellow highlights.

Nose: Honeysuckle, toast, warm brioche, milk caramel, quince compote, buttered apple, plum, blackcurrant, crisp, iodine-tinged chalk, candied grapefruit, apricot, sweet almond, pomegranate, wild strawberry, roasted notes, and sweet spices.

Palate: Clean and fresh attack, luscious and enveloping fruitiness, lemony acidity, fleshy fruit, chalky minerality, straightforwardness, and iodine salinity.
