Blanc de Noirs Les Crayères Millésime 2017 Grand Cru

“The 2017 vintage of “Les Crayères” single-vineyard cuvée is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on a single 1.5-hectare plot. The House’s first single-vineyard cuvée, “Les Crayères 2017″ showcases Pinot Noir vinified and aged in 205-liter oak barrels. This champagne reveals the intense fruitiness of Pinot Noir, in a perfect harmony between chalky minerality and a subtly iodine-tinged salinity.”
