Blanc de Noirs Le Haut des Bermonts Millésime 2019 Grand Cru

The single-vineyard cuvée “Le Haut des Bermonts” Vintage 2019 is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on two parcels within the “Le Haut des Bermonts” lieu-dit, totaling 72 ares. The House’s first single-vineyard cuvée, “Le Haut des Bermonts 2019,” showcases Pinot Noir vinified and aged in 205-liter Champagne oak barrels. This cuvée finds its balance in a pronounced chalky minerality, extended by subtle salinity and a vibrant, elegant finish, lending it a decidedly gastronomic character.
