Vinified and aged in oak barrels, 205 liters of Champagne oak. Unfiltered. Natural cold stabilization. Vines over 50 years old. Grassed vineyard (HVE certified).
Extra-Brut - Dosage 5 g/l.
Appearance: A luminous, satiny, and fluid wine, golden yellow in color with straw-yellow highlights.
Nose: Dense and concentrated. Notes of toast, candied apricot, honey, biscuit, roasted coffee, and orange marmalade. Then, hints of roasted fig, almond, elderflower, and wild strawberry.
Palate: A supple and fresh attack with a creamy effervescence.
