BRUT NATURE GRAND CRU
A variant of our Cuvée Brut, Brut Nature is an invitation to rediscover the know-how of Maison Déthune through a cuvée zero dosage, the purest expression of the Ambonnay terroir.
EXTRA-BRUT GRAND CRU
A variant of our Cuvée Brut, Extra-Brut lets wine lovers rediscover the Maison’s identity through a dosage of 5 g/l, which emphasizes the signature of the Ambonnay terroir.
BRUT GRAND CRU
The first of the estate’s discoveries, the Cuvée Brut, reflects its origins : Ambonnay, a Pinot Noir village. It is composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. It captures the know-how of Maison Déthune.
EXTRA-DRY GRAND CRU
The Extra-Dry cuvée offers a generous and assertive interpretation of the Ambonnay terroir. Its dosage highlights the wine’s maturity and natural richness, offering a fuller and more indulgent expression of Champagne.
ROSÉ GRAND CRU
Pierre chose a very strict assemblage method in order to create this Ambonnay speciality, an exceptionally fresh and fine Champagne.
BLANC DE NOIRS NV GRAND CRU
Made of a single grape, this 100% Pinot Noir is vinified and aged : 33% in 205-liter Champagne oak barrels, 33% in 34 hl oak tuns and 34% reserve wines made from oak tuns.
CUVÉE PRESTIGE GRAND CRU
An exceptional champagne characterised by its skilful blend of old wines vinified and aged only in 34 hl oak tuns.

LES CRAYÈRES 2017 GRAND CRU
The single-vineyard cuvée “Les Crayères” Vintage 2017 is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on a single plot of one and a half hectares. It is the House's first single-vineyard cuvée.
LE HAUT DES BERMONT 2019 GRAND CRU
The single-vineyard cuvée "Le Haut des Bermonts" Vintage 2019 is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on two parcels . This cuvée finds its balance in a pronounced chalky minerality, extended by subtle salinity and a vibrant, elegant finish, lending it a decidedly gastronomic character.
LE BOUT DU CLOS 2018 GRAND CRU
The single-vineyard cuvée "Le Bout du Clos" Vintage 2018 is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes grown on three of our parcels. A perfect balance of fruity richness, mineral elegance, and vibrant freshness, with a juicy, characterful finish; for a truly memorable tasting experience.

Our tribute to the methods of yesteryear, this wine is the fruit of our estate’s finest practices : 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay from a unique year.
